Front Office Beverly Hills

We are looking for a Dental Front Office Lead with significant dental experience and treatment planning knowledge (PPO, Dentical, HMO) for our office in Beverly Hills. Comfortable leading the office in the front independently. Pay is based on experience. Dental experience required. Responsibilities Appointment scheduling and office flow management Greeting and welcoming patients and managing recalls Treatment presentation and planning handled independently Insurance verification and co-payments Qualifications Must have prior experience working in a dental office. Must have a High School Diploma or GED Must have strong communication and organizational skills Experience with Diamond Dental, Dentrix, Open Dental, or other Dental Practice Management Software Good Telephone Etiquette Have knowledge of basic office equipment such as: computer, internet, email, copy and fax machines, and telephone.
