Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Utilize evidence-based methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively treat mood disorders.

• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Work alongside psychiatrists and other medical professionals to ensure integrated care for clients.

• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to enhance therapeutic methodologies.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Engage actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development opportunities.

• Advocate for clients, addressing mental health stigmas and advocating for their needs within the community.

You will primarily work with a diverse client population experiencing a variety of mood disorders, which may include those suffering from chronic depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
