Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients, ensuring that therapeutic methods are tailored to their unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy for individuals and groups.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in client records.

• Engage in regular collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care strategies that support holistic client well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work primarily with clients from various backgrounds, including children, adults, couples, and families. You will address a myriad of issues, including but not limited to trauma recovery, substance abuse, behavioral challenges, and mood disorders. Your role will involve creating a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings while working collaboratively towards their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active, unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• At least two years of professional counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong foundational knowledge of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, along with opportunities for bonuses.
