Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mood disorder symptoms, ensuring a clear understanding of severity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that respect their personal values, specific goals, and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to provide effective treatment.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and relevant self-care strategies, promoting informed decision-making.

• Track and monitor clients’ progress throughout their treatment journey, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on their evolving needs.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to offer integrated and holistic care for patients.

• Stay current with developments in the field of mental health and mood disorder treatment by participating in continuous education.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client assessments, treatment plans, and progress, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve individuals dealing with mood-related challenges, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety disorders. Our client base is diverse, encompassing various age groups and backgrounds, which requires a culturally sensitive and inclusive approach to therapy beyond traditional diagnostic criteria.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment approaches such as CBT and DBT, particularly in managing mood disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
