Production Associate

Traditions® Performance Firearms is looking for a Production Associate to join their team! Responsibilities: Read production schedule and bill of materials provided by production supervisor Package bulk items into saleable units within an allotted timeframe Accuracy check the work of others as needed Sort and place materials on appropriate racks, bins, or shelves Assist in other areas such as shipping or material handling Assist in performing cycle counts and inventory updates Position reports to Production Supervisor Qualifications: Ability to push, pull or lift minimum of 65 lbs. Ability to stand on your feet all day Basic reading and writing (English language) and math ability are required. Strong organizational and communication skills, detail oriented Positive attitude and willingness to work alone or as a team member. Ability to adapt and provide fast response to changes. Regular attendance is required. May occasionally be required to work overtime.
