This position operates in a fully remote setting, allowing for effective therapy delivery without geographical constraints. Communication tools, such as secure videoconferencing platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems, will facilitate efficient interactions with both clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments with clients to determine their mental health status, considering factors such as personal history, current challenges, and treatment preferences.

• Develop individualized therapy plans that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s specific needs and goals.

• Engage clients in regular therapeutic sessions, utilizing various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, or person-centered approaches to promote healing and growth.

• Monitor client progress through scheduled follow-ups, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide referrals to additional healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists or social workers, when interdisciplinary collaboration can enhance client care.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans in EHR systems, adhering to confidentiality and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will encompass a diverse range of client profiles, including individuals grappling with substance abuse disorders, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. You will have the opportunity to apply your expertise in diagnosing and treating an array of psychological issues, fostering resilience and recovery in clients of varied backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of mental health disorders and treatment methodologies.

• Proficient in utilizing various therapeutic modalities for both individual and group therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD $70,000 to $100,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
