Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, utilizing telehealth platforms to facilitate evaluations.

• Advocate for clients by connecting them with community resources like food assistance, housing, healthcare, and employment support to promote comprehensive well-being.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address each client’s unique circumstances, employing trauma-informed techniques tailored to their specific needs.

• Respond promptly to crisis situations, including mental health emergencies and cases of suspected child abuse, ensuring the safety and well-being of all parties involved.

• Regularly monitor and document clients' progress, providing follow-up care to ensure that therapeutic goals are being met and adjusted as necessary.

• Guide clients in navigating life transitions and challenges, such as unemployment, illness, or family changes, using empathetic counseling techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clientele you will serve predominantly includes individuals grappling with substance use disorders, trauma-related issues, and various mental health challenges. We also have a strong focus on serving veterans and their families, ensuring that they receive tailored support that recognizes and responds to their unique experiences. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid LCSW license to practice in Pennsylvania.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health services, specifically within health-related settings.

• Familiarity with the Department of Mental Health billing processes and paperwork requirements, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
