Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on patients receiving hospice care, who are often facing complex emotional and psychological challenges related to terminal illnesses. You will work closely with patients and their families to address issues such as grief, anxiety, and depression, fostering resilience and helping to navigate difficult conversations about end-of-life decisions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a valid LCSW license in the state of Tennessee.
