West Valley Psychotherapy Center is seeking qualified Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) to join our dynamic team in a full-time remote capacity. Work Environment\n

Our therapists work in a fully remote setting, utilizing telehealth technologies to deliver care to clients in a comfortable, safe environment. The telehealth facility is designed to facilitate effective communication while providing a convenient option for our clients, who may face barriers to accessing in-person therapy. The flexible work hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, may include adjusted scheduling to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to gain insights into clients' emotional, social, and behavioral challenges and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapy utilizing a variety of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), catering to both individuals and groups.

• Facilitate therapeutic support groups and psychoeducational workshops online, helping clients share experiences and develop coping strategies in a community setting.

• Collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care and case management for all clients.

• Assist clients in crisis intervention and offer immediate support during mental health emergencies, employing crisis management strategies.

• Educate clients on their mental health conditions, treatment options, coping mechanisms, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to document progress and treatment plans efficiently.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies is essential to providing effective care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

West Valley Psychotherapy Center offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
