Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and tailor individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities that encourage self-discovery, coping strategies, and empowerment.

• Collaboratively set therapeutic goals with clients, regularly monitor their progress, and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Deliver teletherapy and virtual sessions, utilizing secure digital platforms to support clients who may face barriers to accessing traditional in-office therapy.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to uphold ethical standards and compliance with best practices in mental health care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training opportunities and workshops to stay abreast of the latest research and clinical advancements in marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families dealing with issues such as relationship challenges, trauma, anxiety, and depression. A significant portion of our clients face socio-economic barriers, and you will have the opportunity to implement strategies that promote healing and resilience in vulnerable populations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a closely related field is required.
\n
• A current license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas is mandatory.

• Demonstrated experience working with culturally diverse populations, showcasing cultural competence and sensitivity in your practice.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from all walks of life.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing teletherapy services or familiarity with telehealth platforms.
\n
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families experiencing high-stress circumstances.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
