This executive-level positionwillplayacriticalroleinsupportingcontinuedgrowth,innovation,andoperationalexcellencewhileensuringthedeliveryofsafe,compliant,andhigh-qualityproductsacrosstheorganization.The successful candidate will partnercloselywithcross-functionalleadersacrossSupplyChain,Operations,ProductDevelopment,Manufacturing,andCommercialteamstobuildscalablesystems,strengthenqualitycapabilities,andprotectbrandintegrity.KeyResponsibilitiesDevelopandexecuteenterprise-widefoodsafetyandqualitystrategiesalignedwithbusinessgrowthobjectives.Build,lead,andmentorahigh-performingFoodSafety&Qualityorganizationcapableofsupportingarapidlyexpandingbusiness.Establishperformancemetrics,governanceprocesses,andreportingsystemsthatdriveaccountabilityandcontinuousimprovement.Serveastheseniorauthorityonfoodsafety,qualityassurance,regulatorycompliance,andriskmanagementmatters.EnsurecompliancewithFDA,USDA,FSMA,HACCP,labeling,allergenmanagement,andotherapplicableregulatoryrequirements.Leadcrisismanagement,productincidentresponse,andriskmitigationeffortstoprotectconsumersandbrandreputation.QualificationsBachelor'sdegreeinFoodScience,Microbiology,Chemistry,Engineering,orarelatedtechnicaldiscipline;advanceddegreepreferred.15+yearsofprogressivefoodsafetyandqualityleadershipexperiencewithinfoodorconsumerpackagedgoodsmanufacturingenvironments.Provensuccessleadingenterprise-wideFSQAprogramsacrossmultiplefacilities,co-manufacturers,andsupplychainpartners.DeepknowledgeofFDA,USDA,FSMA,HACCP,GFSIstandards,allergenmanagement,sanitation,andregulatorycompliancerequirements.Demonstratedabilitytobuildhigh-performingteams,influenceexecutivestakeholders,anddriveacultureofaccountabilityandcontinuousimprovement.Strongstrategicleadership,riskassessment,crisismanagement,andchangemanagementskillswithinafast-pacedgrowthenvironment.What'sOfferedOpportunitytoshapeandleadthefoodsafetyandqualitystrategyforagrowingnationalfoodmanufacturer.Highvisibilityandpartnershipwithexecutiveleadership.Significantinfluenceonoperationalexcellence,innovation,andbusinessgrowth.Collaborative,entrepreneurialculturewithastrongcommitmenttoquality.Competitiveexecutivecompensationpackage,includingbonusandlong-termincentives.Comprehensivebenefitsandcareergrowthopportunities.Location:NorthernCalifornia(Hybrid)Travel:Moderatetravelrequiredtomanufacturing,supplier,andpartnerlocations.
