Senior IAM Engineer - Private Equity Portfolio Company - Up to $160,000
\n \nA rare greenfield IAM build, fully remote, backed by one of the world's largest private equity firms.
\n \nThis is a firm that has stood the test of time. Decades of reputation, a loyal client base, and now serious investment behind them to modernize how they operate. That investment means you are not walking into a mess with no budget. You are walking in with the backing to do it properly.
\n \nYou will be implementing and managing core IAM capabilities. That means designing and building out the identity and access management system from the ground up, making the key architectural decisions, and shaping how the firm secures access across its entire environment. There is real scope here to leave your mark on something that will last.
\n \nYour day to day will involve working across Okta, CyberArk , and Delinea , with PowerShell doing the heavy lifting on automation and scripting. You will be the person others look to when the hard questions get asked, and you will have the freedom to answer them your way.
\n \nThe package is strong. Up to $165,000, 22 days holiday, healthcare cover, and the whole thing is remote. No commute, no office politics, just focused work on a genuinely interesting problem.
\n \nYou are a senior engineer who knows IAM inside out. You have hands-on experience with the tools above and you are comfortable leading a build rather than inheriting one.
