Implement physical therapy techniques aimed at improving mobility, strength, balance, and overall functionality

Partner with nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation professionals to enhance patient outcomes

Instruct patients and families on therapeutic objectives, discharge procedures, and at-home exercise routines

Document patient evaluations, treatments, and progress according to institutional and regulatory norms

Engage in care team discussions and interdisciplinary conferences to ensure seamless care

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent qualification from a recognized program

State licensure as a Physical Therapist

CPR certification preferred

Specialty certifications (e.g., neurological, geriatric) are advantageous but not mandatory

Previous experience is highly desirable

Ability to treat patients with complex medical and mobility challenges
