Description

• Assess patients in either inpatient or outpatient environments and create personalized treatment plans

• Guide patients and their families through therapeutic goals, discharge planning, and home exercise routines

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or similar credential from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
