HR Intern

- Evaluate current HR processes, particularly hiring, onboarding, and offboarding
- Identify gaps, friction points, and opportunities to improve scalability
- Redesign priority aspects of the hiring process, including manager guidance, interview practices, tools, and workflows
- Apply external best practices to talent attraction and selection
- Improve playbooks, tools, and systems into scalable team resources
- Work with the recruitment platform and explore AI/MCP integrations
- Support additional HR duties as needed
- Deliver tangible, adoptable resources for the global People team
Requirements
- Graduate student with significant prior HR/People experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth organization
- Experience building and scaling HR processes, playbooks, systems, or tools
- Strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle, particularly hiring, onboarding, and offboarding
- Comfort with HR technology and AI-enabled workflows
- Experience with HR/recruiting platforms is a plus
- Strong judgment and communication skills
- Highly organized and comfortable working independently across teams, seniority levels, and cultures
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Valid U.S. work authorization for the 2027 year required
- Available for the program from June 7, 2027 to August 13, 2027
- Able to work up to 40 hours per week
