Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments and providing therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of families, couples, and individuals. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting individual and couple sessions to address relational dynamics, family conflicts, and other psychological concerns.

• Facilitating family therapy sessions to improve communication and resolve issues related to alcohol abuse, grief, and divorce.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions to support clients dealing with a range of issues, including job stress and blended family challenges.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress through electronic health records.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each client’s care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve treating adults and children/adolescents experiencing various mental health issues, including but not limited to:

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, you must possess the following:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
