The Finance Manager will collaborate with lenders and financial institutions to provide financial services while delivering superior customer experience. Responsibilities Sell financing and insurance products to customers. Achieve financial services production goals and objectives. Review customer credit applications. Present extended service contracts and other owner‑protection programs. Assess profitability of financing arrangements for the dealership. Use the menu‑selling process. Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, including Red Flag, Safeguard, and Transaction compliance. Complete and submit all financing documents. Act as liaison between customers and lending institutions. Adhere to F&I reporting requirements. Attend weekly managerial meetings. Collaborate with employees and customers to address sales‑process disconnects. Build rapport to develop a network of referrals. Meet monthly production objectives. Coordinate with service advisors on warranty and service contract inquiries. Train and inform the sales team about finance and lease programs. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications At least 2 years of dealership experience. Strong customer relationship skills. Proficient computer skills. Ability to deliver a complete menu presentation. Provide desk support and work collaboratively with management. Experience dealing with local and national banks and manufacturer representatives. Knowledge of tag and title laws, DMV requirements. Excellent multitasking in a fast‑paced environment. Successful completion of MVR, background check, and pre‑employment drug screen. Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record.
