We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development talent to join our team. In this role, you will build and maintain trust-based relationships with client hiring managers, drive business expansion, and ensure the delivery of high-quality recruitment solutions. Job Requirements: Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with client hiring managers and vendor account managers. Oversee a high-volume pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure consistent delivery against client staffing requirements, providing timely and tailored recruitment solutions. Drive business expansion by proactively identifying new opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and leveraging warm leads, while maintaining active engagement with both new and existing clients. Represent the company at client meetings and industry events to solidify relationships, address challenges, and identify new business opportunities. Build a network of industry contacts to generate referrals, gather market intelligence, and identify new business leads, contributing to the growth of the organization. Ensure timely communication of urgent business matters to all relevant stakeholders, facilitating effective decision-making and problem-solving. Provide exceptional customer service, resolving client and candidate inquiries with professionalism and efficiency to maintain high levels of satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Experience working in the US IT Staffing Industry. Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to engage with clients at all organizational levels, including senior executives. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders. Demonstrated success in business development and account management, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
