Business Development Associate

Our client hiring a Business Development Associate to support client engagement, lead generation, and business growth initiatives. In this role, you’ll manage inbound inquiries, qualify leads, research prospective clients, and support outreach efforts through phone, email, networking, and in-person meetings. You’ll work closely with the Sales team to build relationships, identify new opportunities, and maintain strong client communication. What We’re Looking For Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Experience in business development, sales, or client services preferred Comfortable with outreach and networking Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace What We Offer Great opportunity for recent college grads to learn business development/ account managment.
