The role involves providing high-quality mental health care while working within a flexible schedule that accommodates both 4x10 and 5x8 shifts between 8 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized psychotherapy or counseling to clients addressing various mental health concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship issues.

• Conduct thorough interviews with clients to collect and analyze relevant social, personal, environmental, and health information that informs treatment planning.

• Evaluate client needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans that align with their unique circumstances and goals.

• Facilitate cognitive and behavioral therapeutic interventions, aiming for short-term crisis resolution and long-term therapeutic growth.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to USD 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
