Amenity Services General Manager

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an experienced hospitality professional to fill the role of Amenity Services General Manager at our newly renovated midtown building, 383 Madison Avenue, New York City. The role involves overseeing operations for Client Conferencing, Multi Concept Food Hall, Branded Coffee Bars, Catering and Lobby Reception teams, similar to a large hotel's guest services. The successful candidate will interface with internal and external partners, manage complex budgets, and promote program innovation in food, menu service and technology. This role is a unique opportunity to create and execute strategic initiatives for Amenity Service in our new headquarters, ensuring efficient and customer-focused management.

As a General Manager of Amenity Services within JPMorgan Chase's new 383 Madison Avenue, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our employees and clients. Your role will encompass the oversight of operations for Client Conferencing, Multi Concept Food Hall, Branded Coffee Bars, Catering, and Lobby Reception teams, ensuring efficient and customer-focused management. You will be tasked with strategic planning, budget management, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting innovation in our amenity services. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the amenity services of a large, dynamic organization and make a significant impact on the daily experiences of thousands of employees and visitors.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with the other departments within the building. Liaise with business leaders to ensure they are engaged in employees and client facing strategies
• Manage the foodservice vendor to provide a best-in-class unique food and beverage experience for our clients and employees
• Act as the primary point of contact for addressing inquiries and issues related to Amenity Services
• Foster a sense of community among all aspect of Amenity Services and other departments within 383 Madison
• Develop and implement policy and procedures related to Amenity Services
• Monitor and manage the budget and overall financial performance of the Amenity Service operations
• Oversee development and implementation of training programs and marketing strategy as it relates to the overall Amenity Services operations
• Ensure all aspect of local regulatory requirement specific to Amenity Services are in place including license etc
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and professional development
• Maintain relationship with vendors, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure Amenity Service goals are achieved
• Lead innovation in programing to maintain an efficient and fresh approach to all aspects of the business, including development and implementation of a Voice of the Customer program to manage customer feedback and execute on a service driven program

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years recent and relevant foodservice experience in restaurants or business environment
• Strong client focus
• Ability to manage a large team at varying levels of experience, and ability to develop long term program strategies
• Strong business management and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills oral and written
• Budget management and accounting experience necessary
