Legal Operations Analyst

Job Description

Elevate is partnering with a global technology industry leader for a Legal Operations Analyst with strong TeamConnect expertise to support managed legal services operations. This role will be responsible for supporting legal technology platforms, matter management processes, eBilling operations, reporting, and user support activities within a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot TeamConnect applications and workflows.
\n
• Manage and prioritize TeamConnect bugs, enhancements, and system upgrades.
\n
• Work directly with developers on requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and troubleshooting.
\n
• Support matter management processes throughout the matter lifecycle.
\n
• Review and support legal eBilling operations and legal spend management activities.
\n
• Generate operational reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
\n
• Provide customer support and respond to system-related inquiries and requests.
\n
• Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure data accuracy and process compliance.
\n
• Manage and resolve support tickets within established service levels.
\n
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
\n
• Collaborate with legal operations, technology, and business stakeholders.
\n
• Document processes, requirements, and operational procedures.
\n

Required Qualifications

\n
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
\n
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant Legal Operations or Legal Technology experience.
\n
• Demonstrated track record supporting and utilizing TeamConnect.
\n
• Strong TeamConnect expertise from a system administration or technical support perspective.
\n
• Experience serving as a liaison between legal business users and IT/development teams.
\n
• Experience with backend configurations, workflows, integrations, reporting, or system optimization.
\n
• Experience supporting legal eBilling processes.
\n
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
\n

Preferred Skills

\n
• Experience with LEDES billing formats and legal billing guidelines.
\n
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting/BI tools.
\n
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Legal Operations Analyst, Consultant, or Strategy Analyst.
