Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly, evidence-based therapeutic care via synchronous live video sessions tailored for adults dealing with a spectrum of emotional disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at resolving family relationship conflicts, behavioral challenges, and personal issues.

• Conduct assessments of clients’ mental and emotional health needs, including diagnosing conditions and crafting treatment strategies to meet their health goals.

• Facilitate remote therapy sessions utilizing secure video conferencing software, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with adults experiencing a variety of emotional and psychological issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma. You will also support family units by addressing systemic issues that impact their overall well-being and functioning, facilitating both individual and family therapy sessions as necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current, active license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of California.

• A minimum of three years of experience providing therapeutic services in a clinical setting.

• Proficient in the use of computers and video conferencing tools; familiarity with telemedicine software is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The anticipated salary range for this position is $120,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
