Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify and understand clients’ social, emotional, and environmental challenges.

• Deliver crisis intervention and safety planning as necessary, ensuring immediate support and resource access during emergencies.

• Work alongside community organizations to coordinate services and advocate effectively for clients’ needs within the educational environment.

• Engage in proactive community outreach initiatives to elevate awareness about available services and foster stronger community ties.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
