This position will be conducted remotely, providing flexibility to manage your schedule while actively engaging with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the psychosocial needs of students, taking into consideration their emotional, mental, and social health.

• Develop and implement personalized intervention plans that address identified goals, including academic challenges and emotional distress.

• Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions to students, facilitating skill development in coping mechanisms and emotional regulation.

• Serve as a vital link between students and their families, offering guidance and support in navigating educational and community resources.

• Advocate for appropriate services and accommodations within the school to ensure that all students receive the support they require.

• Collaborate with teachers, school counselors, and other healthcare professionals to create a holistic support network for students.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of student assessments, care plans, progress notes, and follow-up interactions, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Master Social Worker (LMSW).
