Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients and diagnose mental health conditions when necessary.

• Create and implement individualized plans of care that reflect the cultural diversity and special needs of each patient served.

• Monitor and discuss patient progress continuously, utilizing appropriate clinical tools, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment records and clinical reports in compliance with regulatory standards and department procedures.
\n
• Collaborate closely with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment goals and objectives tailored to specific patient needs.

• Identify referral options and facilitate connections between patients and service providers to ensure seamless continuity of care.
\n
• Act as a mentor by providing educational support to students, interns, and new clinicians, enriching their understanding of practical applications in clinical settings.

• Participate in clinical peer reviews and collaborative discussions to enhance your skills and the overall development of the team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role predominantly involves working with individuals and families who have received a cancer diagnosis. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Currently licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000, dependent upon experience and qualifications.
