Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, providing flexibility that supports work-life balance. Regular weekly hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for elderly residents, identifying specific psychological and emotional needs related to aging.

• Provide both individual and group counseling tailored towards addressing emotional challenges associated with aging, such as anxiety, depression, and significant life changes.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to create and implement comprehensive care plans for geriatric residents, ensuring that mental health needs are met alongside physical health requirements.

• Lead grief and loss counseling sessions, offering support to residents and family members dealing with end-of-life issues in a sensitive and compassionate manner.

Qualifications\n
