Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing therapy sessions for couples and individuals to address a diverse range of issues.

• Conducting assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for families experiencing difficulties.
\n
• Facilitating family therapy sessions that may involve multiple family members to improve overall dynamics.

• Addressing specific areas of concern, including but not limited to alcohol and substance abuse, grief and loss, conflict resolution, job-related stress, and the unique challenges presented by blended families.

• Documenting treatment progress and outcomes to ensure the best possible patient care and adherence to clinical standards.

• Collaborating with other healthcare providers and community resources to coordinate care and optimize treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse client base, including couples, adults, children, and adolescents. Our clientele often presents with challenges such as emotional distress due to family conflicts, psychological trauma, adjustment issues following separation or divorce, and communication difficulties. We aim to empower our clients and support them in developing healthy relationships and coping strategies that foster overall mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Psychological Well-being Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust financial package, we provide:
