Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and collaborate with clients to develop effective treatment plans tailored to their unique needs, including crisis intervention strategies and behavioral guidelines.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
\n
• Employ evidence-based screening tools to assess client needs and evaluate therapeutic progress.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement positive behavior support plans, ensuring comprehensive care for clients.

• Participate proactively in licensing and accreditation processes, upholding the high standards of our organization.
\n
• Serve as a liaison between clients and relevant service systems, including state agencies and community partners, to facilitate seamless service delivery.
\n
• Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders to meet contractual standards and advance our mission within the community.
\n
• Establish and nurture relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to enhance program visibility and secure funding opportunities.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development through attending workshops, conferences, and community events, representing the agency to further enrich personal and professional growth.

• Contribute to the promotion of our agency's mission, values, and philosophy in all interactions.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, aimed at enhancing service quality and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse patient population, including individuals navigating emotional health challenges, those in recovery from substance use disorders, and clients with developmental disabilities. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• Current and independent licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is mandatory.
