Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess their physical condition and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their individual needs.
• Administer treatment modalities, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education, aimed at optimizing recovery outcomes.
• Manage an efficient patient load, treating approximately three patients per hour while maintaining high standards of care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, such as medical doctors, occupational therapists, and nurse practitioners, to ensure cohesive treatment plans and enhance patient recovery.
• Utilize the CureMD EMR system to document patient progress meticulously and stay aligned with best practices and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will serve primarily include adults suffering from orthopedic conditions requiring rehabilitation. These may include post-operative patients, individuals with chronic pain, or those recovering from sports injuries, all of whom benefit from your expertise in physical therapy interventions.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, with a strong foundation in movement science, anatomy, and patient management.
• Your current license as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster strong relationships with patients and multidisciplinary team members.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred, but we welcome applications from new graduates seeking to establish their careers.
• Experience working with CureMD EMR or similar documentation systems is a plus.
• Proven ability to implement effective manual therapy techniques and engage patients in their rehabilitation process.

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation package is competitive, with an annual salary range of $110,000 to $125,000, reflecting your skills and experience in this vital role. In addition to a lucrative salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
