Qualifications:
- Must-have background: commercial construction estimating; hard-bid and/or negotiated work; no residential/single-family-only
- Key differentiator: Pharma/healthcare or complex-projects estimating
- Strong-fit signals: Senior-level scope (always the hardest fill); pharma/healthcare bids; Procore or comparable platforms
- Software: Procore or comparable estimating stack preferred
- Required from candidate upfront: project list
