Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This role offers full-time positions for both mono- and bilingual (Spanish) SLP professionals eager to support K-12 students in their communication and academic growth. Whether you are an experienced SLP-CCC, pediatric-focused, or a motivated SLP-CFY, you’ll find meaningful caseloads to match your expertise.
Key Qualifications:
- Current Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
- Experience in school-based settings, healthcare, pediatric, or CFY pathways is valued
- Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus, but not required
What You'll Do:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services for K-12 students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to design and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of communication disorders
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and evaluation records
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for diverse student populations
- Participate in professional development and school meetings as needed

Compensation for this position ranges from $41.40 to $61.40. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
