We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct outbound sales calls to current and prospective customers.
• Follow up on warm leads and qualify new business opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales within existing accounts.
• Contact customers proactively to promote products, services, and additional sales opportunities.
• Maintain detailed customer activity notes and account information.
• Collaborate with operations and production teams to understand customer requirements and delivery capabilities.
• Support account growth through consistent follow-up and customer engagement.
• Assist with customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Work closely with management to develop sales strategies and achieve revenue goals.

QualificationsRequired

• Prior sales, customer service, account management, or business development experience.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and prospecting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Preferred

• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or B2B sales environments.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems or sales tracking tools.
• Previous experience managing customer accounts or generating new business opportunities.

Training & Development

The successful candidate will receive comprehensive onboarding and hands-on training, including:

• Product and industry education.
• Training on manufacturing processes and material flow.
• Exposure to operations and shop-floor activities to better understand customer requirements.
• Guidance on product capabilities and applications.
• Ongoing mentorship and support from experienced sales and operational leaders.

No prior industry-specific experience is required; training will be provided.
