Responsibilities Lead a team of employees. Provide training, inspiration, and guidance so each employee can recognize and develop their potential fully. Coordinate work schedules, oversee front office operations, and assist in interviewing candidates for front office positions. Cover staff for vacation and sick time. Greet incoming patients and visitors in a friendly, service‑oriented manner. Act as a liaison between physicians and patients. Register patients, obtain proper insurance and patient information, collect signatures, and ensure accuracy of documentation. Verify/ update patient, physician, and insurance changes to ensure proper billing and collect co‑pays and fees. Answer phones and schedule patients. Guide patients through the process, addressing questions and concerns with care. Notify appropriate team members of patient arrival and coordinate with back‑office staff for timely care. Participate in meetings. Assist in implementing and administering procedures and best practices to streamline center operations. Lead various projects to support operations and quality patient care. Safeguard patient property and health information in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Safeguard on‑site medications and respect cash and financial information. Maintain professional behavior toward patients and coworkers. Respect patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during all interactions. Interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, families, and the public in a clinical setting. Establish, nurture, and maintain cooperative working relationships. If You Are Passionate about patient care with sound judgment and a professional demeanor in all situations. Communicate effectively and respectfully with patients, guests, and colleagues. Maintain a structured work approach, understand complex problems, and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment. To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have At least 3+ years of experience as a Patient Service Representative in a radiology center. High school diploma. Excellent communication, interpersonal, computer, and problem‑solving skills, and the ability to build and maintain a strong team environment. Dynamic and knowledgeable leadership attributes.
