What You'll Do

• Assist in robotic gynecologic surgeries as part of the surgical team
• Provide first assist support during inpatient gynecology procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons and staff to ensure smooth operative flow
• Maintain surgical safety and sterility standards
• Document procedures accurately using Cerner/Oracle EMR system
• Participate in preoperative and postoperative patient care workflows
• Support the team during high-volume surgical days (2-6 procedures daily)

What You Need

• Active First Assist Certification with robotic surgery experience
• Prior experience in gynecological surgical settings; preferably in inpatient ORs
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Certification requirements as per state regulations (BLS/ACLS)
• No need to obtain NJ licensure; must already hold necessary credentials to practice as a PA or NP in the role
