What You'll Do As Sales Manager, you'll help create a high-performing culture by: Coaching and developing Solution Providers Leading daily sales meetings and training Driving appointment conversion and showroom performance Working deals and helping customers find solutions Monitoring performance and creating accountability Partnering with Finance, Service, and Executive Leadership Recruiting and developing future sales leaders Our goal isn't simply to sell more vehicles. What We're Looking For We're searching for a proven automotive leader with: Automotive sales management experience Strong desking and closing skills Excellent communication abilities A passion for coaching and developing others Process discipline High integrity Positive leadership A competitive mindset Finance experience is a plus.
