Quick Facts Location: Boston, MA (55 Fruit Street) Start Date: 11/09/2026 End Date: 02/08/2027 Shift: 3x 13-hour day shifts (6:00 am – 7:00 pm) Hours/Week: 39 hours Employment Type: Full-time (considering at least 2 weeks per month) License/Certs: MA License, BC in Neurosurgery preferred Experience: Minimum 1 year neuro experience required Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $129.98 Pay Package: Discussed upon application Benefits: Competitive pay, weekly direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, referral bonus program, paid sick time, licensure and travel reimbursements, and 24/7 dedicated support team What You’ll Do Rounding with residents and developing patient care plans Reviewing patient statuses and ordering necessary treatments Managing inpatient neurosurgery patient care, including discharge procedures Performing patient assessments and updates Facilitating removal of drains such as Hemovac and JP drains Coordinating with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes Documenting in Epic EMR system What You Need Required: Massachusetts state nursing license BC in Neurosurgery Minimum 1 year neuro surgery experience Ability to manage inpatient neurosurgical cases effectively Preferred: Experience with drain removal procedures Strong communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment Join a hospital-based neurosurgery team where you'll provide patient care exclusively, working alongside residents on inpatient neuro cases.
