Why You’ll Love This Role As the welcoming face of our hospital, you’ll be the first person pet parents meet when they arrive — the one who helps them feel calm and cared for during what can sometimes be a stressful visit. You’ll also play a vital behind-the-scenes role in keeping our days running smoothly so that our doctors and technicians can focus on what they do best: caring for pets. And yes, you’ll get to meet an incredible variety of animals — from playful puppies and cuddly cats to the occasional exotic guest! What You’ll Do Warmly greet clients and their pets, helping everyone feel at ease. Schedule and manage appointments to keep our team and patients on track. Assist clients with check-in, check-out, and payments in a friendly, professional manner. Answer phone calls and provide helpful information with patience and empathy. Support our staff with important administrative tasks that help pets get timely, top-quality care.
