Our client, a leading organization in the customer services industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support team supporting service operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: New Providence, NJ (121 Chanlon Road) Pay Range: $22–$24/hour (W2), 6-month contract What’s the Job? Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/service information Resolve billing and service complaints including refunds and adjustments Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions Escalate unresolved cases to appropriate departments Maintain accurate records of customer communications What’s Needed? High school diploma or GED preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Customer service and interpersonal experience Ability to work independently and manage time Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office What’s in it for me?
