Arden Search is partnering with a luxury real estate advisory firm in their search for a detail-driven Bookkeeper to support the financial operations behind a growing portfolio of real estate, investment, and consulting activities. You’ll serve as a hands‑on Bookkeeper in a visible role inside a boutique real estate and advisory business where your work will directly support decision‑making, cash flow clarity, property performance, and the financial infrastructure behind multiple growing entities. This is a unique opportunity to become the trusted accounting backbone of a high‑touch, entrepreneurial real estate platform. What You’ll Do Partner directly with the founder on cash flow tracking, budgeting support, financial health reviews, and day‑to‑day financial visibility. Maintain accurate books across multiple LLCs, business branches, bank accounts, intercompany transactions, and personal investment entities. Track property‑level income, expenses, capital expenditures, vendor invoices, utility payments, and consulting‑related client invoicing. Reconcile operating accounts, real‑estate escrow/trust accounts, and commission payout activity with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality. Help create financial organization, reporting discipline, and operational calm inside a growing real‑estate and advisory platform. What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of bookkeeping experience, including 1–2 years supporting multi‑entity accounting. Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel. Experience in real estate, property management, brokerage, investment entities, or professional services/consulting strongly preferred. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
