Location: Las Vegas, NV
Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 annually + bonus potential
About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and highly accomplished Brand Executive Chef to lead the culinary vision and operational execution of a premier, high-volume Latin-inspired restaurant concept located within one of Las Vegas' most prestigious hospitality destinations.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a culinary professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-expectation environments and possesses a deep understanding of elevated Latin cuisine, menu innovation, financial management, and team development. The ideal candidate is a true "chef's chef" who leads from the kitchen, inspires excellence, and maintains the highest culinary standards while driving profitability and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Culinary Leadership & Execution
- Lead, mentor, train, and develop a large culinary team while maintaining a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Ensure consistent execution of recipes, presentation standards, and food quality across all meal periods.
- Maintain a strong presence on the line and provide hands-on leadership during service.
- Develop and implement training programs focused on culinary techniques, food safety, and operational excellence.
Menu Development & Brand Stewardship
- Create innovative menu offerings that align with the concept's culinary identity and guest expectations.
- Incorporate refined culinary techniques while ensuring scalability in a high-volume environment.
- Evaluate menu performance and identify opportunities for enhancement and innovation.
- Protect and elevate brand standards through consistent culinary execution.
Operations Management
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, staffing, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
- Maintain compliance with all health, sanitation, and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships to ensure product quality and cost control.
- Implement systems and procedures that maximize efficiency without compromising quality.
Financial Leadership
- Manage food cost, labor cost, and overall culinary budgets.
- Analyze financial reports and operational metrics to identify opportunities for increased profitability.
- Drive revenue through strategic menu engineering, purchasing practices, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with leadership on forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning initiatives.
Guest Experience
- Champion an exceptional guest experience through outstanding food quality and consistency.
- Engage with guests and respond to feedback to continuously improve offerings.
- Collaborate on VIP events, special menus, and unique dining experiences.
- Partner with front-of-house leadership to ensure seamless service execution.
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 10+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience.
- Proven success leading high-volume restaurant operations.
- Experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, elevated casual, or chef-driven concepts.
- Strong background in Latin American cuisine preferred.
- Multi-unit or brand-level leadership experience highly preferred.

- Strong financial acumen with experience managing food costs, labor costs, and budgets.

Schedule Requirements
- Flexible schedule required.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate.
