Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments through structured interviews to gather relevant psychosocial history and current mental health status, applying evidence-based practices tailored to individual client needs.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans incorporating therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring strategies resonate with each client’s unique circumstances.

• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organization policies, thereby safeguarding client confidentiality while ensuring seamless communication within the treatment team.

Qualifications\n
