Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans to address a wide range of mental health issues.

• Develop pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans, including behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans.

• Complete documentation efficiently, adhering to regulatory standards and maintaining compliance with relevant guidelines.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to enhance patient outcomes.
\n
• Engage actively in the licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring our facility meets and exceeds established benchmarks.

• Serve as a liaison to community partners, state agencies, and other service systems to facilitate seamless service delivery.

• Establish and nurture communication channels that promote our mission and uphold contract standards within the community.
\n
• Identify and pursue potential partnerships, alliances, and funding sources to expand our program offerings.
\n
• Participate in continual professional growth, attend conferences, and take on speaking engagements to represent the agency at various forums.

• Integrate and promote our agency’s mission, values, and philosophy in all interactions and programming.
\n
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director that align with the organization’s goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMHC, you will work with a diverse client population including individuals experiencing emotional distress, substance use disorders, and those with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Your role is crucial in diagnosing mental health problems and offering the necessary support to help clients on their road to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a behavioral health field is required, alongside a valid license such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC issued by the state board.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain clinical records meticulously and prepare comprehensive reports to reflect clinical progress accurately.

• Strong proficiency in collaborative teamwork within interdisciplinary settings, showcasing excellent verbal and written communication skills.
