Job Title: UX Strategy Lead

Work Location: Cleveland, OH (Hybrid)

Job Summary / Role Summary

Lead UX strategy and design thinking workshops to create intuitive actionable Power BI dashboard experiences while managing project scope schedule and benefits

Job Description

Lead Design Thinking workshops to understand business goals user needs and decision-making processes
Translate insights into intuitive actionable and technically feasible Power BI dashboard experiences using Figma
Facilitate discovery and stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and align objectives
Define personas user journeys KPIs and reporting requirements to guide design
Create information architecture wireframes prototypes and dashboard concepts
Ensure designs align with Power BI capabilities data availability and technical constraints
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders' data teams and Power BI developers
Conduct usability reviews and iterate solutions based on stakeholder and user feedback
Manage project planning scheduling scope and change management to ensure timely delivery
Oversee benefits management to maximize business value from UX initiatives

Roles and Responsibilities

Facilitate Design Thinking discovery and stakeholder workshops to drive alignment and innovation
Define and document user personas journeys KPIs and reporting needs
Develop and maintain information architecture wireframes prototypes and dashboard designs
Collaborate with cross functional teams including business data and development to ensure design feasibility
Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into iterative design improvements
Manage project scope schedule and changes effectively to meet deadlines and objectives
Lead benefits management activities to track and realize project value
Balance user needs business goals and technical constraints throughout the design process.
