Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adults facing a broad spectrum of mental health issues, ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma recovery. Each client's journey will be unique, and your role will be pivotal in helping them navigate their challenges and achieve their mental health goals through personalized care.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid state license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.

• A compassionate demeanor, demonstrating empathy and a non-judgmental approach toward clients' experiences.

• Proficient organizational and time-management skills, essential for managing a diverse caseload and fulfilling administrative responsibilities efficiently.

• Attractive annual salary ranging between $80,000 and $100,000, dependent on caseload and experience.
