Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct compassionate and ethical individual counseling sessions via video chat, facilitating a safe space for client expression.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse clientele of stable, low-acuity adults with various mental health concerns. By using a strengths-based approach, you will play a critical role in enabling clients to achieve their therapeutic goals through respectful and empathetic treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must possess one of the following licensures to practice independently without supervision:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• No limited or provisional licenses and no history of disciplinary actions.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a supportive, sympathetic nature are essential for building rapport with clients.

• Strong computer literacy skills are needed to navigate our comprehensive online platforms effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Applicants should ideally have a minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a track record of effective client engagement and successful outcomes. Familiarity with telehealth practices and various treatment methodologies will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
