Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage and facilitate a caseload of clients, establishing meaningful connections and upholding professional ethics and boundaries in all interactions.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss their progress, manage stability, and determine appropriate timelines for discharge.

• Collaborate with clients to develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that adequately address their individual needs.

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation for each client, including detailed progress notes and treatment updates.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate new clients' needs and risks, guiding their treatment plans.
