Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize clinical expertise to assess and diagnose mental health disorders in clients accurately, employing appropriate treatment modalities.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, adapting therapeutic strategies based on documented progress.

• Ensure the confidentiality and privacy of client information by adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards in all interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clients will include a diverse range of individuals seeking support for mental health issues and relational challenges. This includes individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, trauma, family dynamics, and other mental health disorders. You will also work with couples and families navigating conflict, seeking communication skills, and striving for healthier relationship patterns. A culturally sensitive approach is paramount as you engage with clients from varied backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as an LMFT in the state of California, with a clean disciplinary record.

• Proficiency in various therapeutic models and techniques, along with a deep understanding of their applications in treating mental health and relational issues.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two years of supervised experience in a therapeutic setting, particularly in an outpatient or telehealth context.

Compensation and Benefits\n
