Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, ensuring the delivery of effective pre-crisis interventions.

• Ensure all required documentation is completed punctually and in compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining high quality and accuracy.

• Implement evidence-based screening tools and methodologies as indicated by the clinical team to enhance treatment efficacy.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and enact positive behavior support plans, catering to the unique challenges faced by our clientele.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the organizational standards and facilitate continued quality improvement.

• Engage with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to establish communication links and foster resource connectivity.

• Maintain open, effective communication channels with clients, families, and partners to facilitate client-centered care.
\n
• Build and uphold partnerships with local, state, and federal agencies to enhance program visibility and secure potential funding opportunities.

• Participate in continuous professional development through conferences, workshops, and statewide meetings pertinent to mental health services.

• Complete other related tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to a cohesive and supportive team dynamic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role lies in serving a diverse client population that includes individuals facing emotional distress, substance abuse challenges, and mental health disorders. You will work closely with clients to empower them toward self-sufficiency and recovery, leveraging evidence-based therapeutic techniques and holistic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington state.

• Demonstrated ability to manage clinical records and prepare compliance-related reports efficiently.

• Strong commitment to teamwork, exhibiting cooperative skills within an interdisciplinary setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
