Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that take into account the cultural and personal histories of patients to inform individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, tailored to patients' specific needs and backgrounds.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address mental health concerns, fostering resilience and coping skills among clients.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services as required, equipping patients with immediate support during mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and resources available within the community.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in adherence to legal and ethical standards, ensuring that patient information is safeguarded.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• Demonstrated commitment to cultural competence and experience working with diverse populations.
